The Esthetician is responsible for performing general esthetic services including corrective and relaxing facials based on established protocols, using customization guidelines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for general customer service, client education, and product recommendations.

Job Summary

Each Esthetician ensures exceptional client experiences at Relish Day Spa.


Estheticians provide esthetic services including facials, hair removal, manicure, pedicures, tinting and more in compliance with established protocols, including guest education as well as the completion and booking of client services.


Responsibilities & Duties

Acquire and maintain complete product and treatment knowledge (training provided).

Perform most services offered at Relish Day Spa based on established protocols, using customization guidelines; perform detailed, accurate recordkeeping.

100% client attention any time a guest is present.

Perform efficient appointment scheduling and transaction processing.

Adhere to room/treatment set-up, timing, and sanitation standards.

Perform client education and product recommendations.

Advise clients on their next service type and timing.


Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma from a recognized Esthetic training program.

Skin care experience is an asset, but is not required.

Prior customer service experience (any industry) preferred.

Knowledge of Image and/or Yon-Ka products is considered an asset.
